How to Adopt

Cats come spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and ready to become part of your herd.  Our animals  live in foster homes allowing us to learn their personalities and match them with their perfect home. 

 

Steps to Adopting 

 

1. Find the cat(s) that's right for you

2.  Fill out the Adoption Inquiry 

        Your inquiry will be forwarded to an adoption counselor who will respond to you within 48 hours.  

3. Arrange a meet and greet

     Fall in love with your new best friend, discuss any questions with your adoption counselor, fill out paperwork and pay adoption fee.

4. Take your new best friend home! 

 

Pricing

Standard Adoption Fees (with exception to rare cat breeds*) 

  • Adult Cats $100 
  • Kittens $125
  • Dogs vary by breed 

*Rare cat breeds such as Siamese, Manx, Oriental, etc. $150 and up

In exchange for your adoption fee:

All cats and kittens are tested at the time of entry for FIV and FeLV and will be specified if negative or positive in the medical as well as the description. 

(Please note that FIV and FeLV testing at the time of entry do not guarantee the cats will be free of the disease.)

 

Adoption Requirements

Adopters must meet the following requirements:

  • Be of legal age to enter into a contract
  • Have financial resources to support the needs of the animal
  • Be prepared to enter into a long-term commitment to care for the animal
  • Have authorization from landlord and
  • Approval from family member(s)/roommate(s) that cats and dogs are welcome 

Please provide the following:

  • A driver's license, state photo ID, or passport 
  • Verification of current address 
  • A form of payment (cash, check, credit, debit, PayPal)
